Metallica - Executive - Business Development (0-2 yrs)
- Developing and implementing the Business Strategy for achieving the Sales Targets.
- Understanding the value of the business and identifying profitable opportunities to grow revenue and market share.
- Developing and maintaining an excellent understanding of the Customers (Existing and New) requirements to ensure that their needs are being met & Positive Word of Mouth is spread by Customers.
- Working closely with the Business Head to manage key customers (Existing and New), thereby improving turnover and profitability
- Maintaining an awareness of external factors which impact the business.
- Communicating such information and any subsequent changes to the Business Head.
- Communicating with all major stakeholders (internal and external) to achieve the Sales Targets.
- Collating and analyzing business data.
- Ensuring good relations and communications with all members of the team and responding politely and working with all members of staff to maintain and develop the positive progressive culture.
- Observing and complying with Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Undertaking any other duties which may be requested by the Line Manager, for which training &an explanation has been provided and understood.
