Position Overview :

We are seeking a proactive and organized Business Team Member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation, conducting demo calls, appointment setting, and handling administrative tasks for the sales team. This role is crucial in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Generation :

- Utilize various tools and strategies to identify and qualify potential leads.

- Conduct thorough market research to uncover new business opportunities within the VR retail space.

Demo Calls :

- Schedule and conduct engaging product demonstrations for prospective clients.

- Tailor demos to address the specific needs and pain points of each client.

Appointment Setting :

- Arrange meetings between potential clients and our sales representatives.

- Ensure a seamless transition from initial contact to scheduled appointments.

Administrative Support :

- Handle all administrative tasks for the sales team, including maintaining and updating CRM systems, preparing sales reports, and managing correspondence.

- Assist with the creation and customization of sales presentations and proposals.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Experience in lead generation, conducting demos, and appointment setting.

- Strong organizational and administrative skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
