We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Expert to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through paid marketing channels. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, analyze performance metrics, and optimize for maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels including search (Google Ads), social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive engagement and conversions.
- Manage budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficient marketing spends and achieve target ROI.
- Perform market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and trends in the performance marketing space.
- Utilize advanced analytics and reporting tools to provide detailed campaign performance reports and -insights to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
- Work closely with the product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a mid to senior level role.
- Proven experience with major digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of SEO and SEM strategies.
- Certification in Google Ads or other relevant platforms is a plus.
