Product Growth Manager
Responsibilities:
- Partner with product, marketing, engineering, and data science teams to develop and execute comprehensive user growth strategies.
- Conduct user research and analyze user data to identify opportunities for growth across the entire user journey (acquisition, activation, retention, referral).
- Design and run A/B tests to optimize conversion funnels and key growth metrics (e.g., user acquisition cost, daily active users, churn rate).
- Develop and implement product roadmap features focused on user acquisition and engagement.
- Track and analyze the performance of growth initiatives and recommend data-driven optimizations.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest growth marketing trends and technologies.
- Communicate growth insights and strategies effectively to cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, data science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-5 years of experience in product growth, marketing analytics, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully growing user bases and increasing user engagement for digital products.
- Strong understanding of growth marketing principles and methodologies (e.g., user acquisition channels, growth hacking frameworks).
- Expertise in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Google Analytics).
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools (a plus).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- A critical thinking mind and the ability to solve complex problems creatively.
- A passion for experimentation and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
