MetaApply - Partner Success Officer (0-1 yrs)
Role Purpose:
The Partner Support Executive is essential in building and maintaining effective communication between the organization and its recruitment partners, Field Sales Business Development Managers, and Regional Managers.
- This role involves managing and updating centralized email communications in the internal CRM system, following up on submitted applications, and collaborating with recruitment partners to handle pending documents and expedite the issuance of offer letters.
- The position ensures seamless operations and fosters strong, productive relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain clear and effective communication channels with recruitment partners, Field Sales Business Development Managers, Regional Managers, and students as needed.
- Accurately update and track all communication from centralized email accounts within the internal CRM system and coordinate relevant updates with universities.
- Proactively follow up on submitted applications and liaise with recruitment partners to resolve any pending documentation or issues.
- Actively chase recruitment partners for offer letters, ensuring timely follow-up and processing.
- Provide consistent support to recruitment partners, fostering smooth business operations and strengthening partner relationships.
- Reactivate inactive partners by re-establishing communication and engagement.
- Lead partner onboarding sessions and provide comprehensive training on the company's products and processes to facilitate a smooth integration.

- Prior experience in a calling or client-facing role is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the study abroad industry is beneficial, though not mandatory.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail and quality.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in a calling or customer support role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with the study abroad industry or recruitment processes is a plus.
- Demonstrated strong communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
