MetaApply - Franchise Manager (5-8 yrs)
Job Summary :
MetaApply is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Franchise Manager to join our growing team. This role involves overseeing the recruitment, development, and management of MetaApply's franchise network, ensuring the expansion of our services to a wider audience globally. As a Franchise Manager, you will work closely with potential franchise partners, providing them with the resources and support needed to build successful businesses within the MetaApply ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities :
Franchise Recruitment & Onboarding :
- Identify and approach potential franchisees in target regions.
- Conduct franchise presentations, explain the business model, and assess suitability.
- Guide potential franchisees through the application and onboarding process.
- Manage franchise agreements and ensure compliance with company standards.
Franchise Development & Support :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees, ensuring continuous growth and success.
- Provide training, operational guidance, and marketing support to franchise partners.
- Monitor franchise performance and offer advice on business optimization and customer engagement.
- Assist with setting up local operations and ensure adherence to brand guidelines and standards.
Sales & Revenue Generation :
- Work with franchise partners to help them meet sales and revenue targets.
- Analyze franchise performance and develop strategies for improvement.
- Provide sales tools, marketing materials, and resources to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Market Analysis & Expansion :
- Conduct market research to identify new franchise opportunities and areas for expansion.
- Assess market trends, competition, and potential risks to recommend strategic changes or adjustments.
- Assist in identifying regions and markets with high potential for growth in the study abroad sector.
Brand and Compliance Management :
- Ensure franchisees adhere to MetaApply's brand values, quality standards, and operating procedures.
- Regularly monitor franchise operations to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Resolve any operational issues or conflicts that arise within the franchise network.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise development, sales, or business management, preferably within the education or international student services sector.
Skills :
- Strong understanding of franchise operations and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners across different regions.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Other Requirements :
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset).
- Self-motivated with a passion for the education sector and helping students achieve their study abroad goals.
