Job Description :
1. End-to-end ownership of process, operations and client management.
2. Define the account strategy and drive QoQ revenue & margin harvesting plan.
3. Responsible for the growth and profitability of the accounts under management.
4. Upselling and cross selling with existing accounts.
5. Measure, track and analyse key account metrics.
6. Ensure timely and successful delivery of our services according to client needs.
7. Develop and build relationships with key stakeholders.
8. Work directly with key accounts to ensure proper service levels are maintained.
9. Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
10. Work with cross functional teams including business, finance, revenue management, product and supply to define and drive improvements in the customer experience.
