Meru Cabs - Manager - Customer Relations (7-8 yrs)
Job Description & Key Deliverables :
- Maintaining cordial relationship with all the stake holders - results in Customer Delight.
- Initiate periodic reviews to understand and improvise customer's expectation
- Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.
- Communication to all the clients on Meru's offer at right intervals.
- Attend meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
- Achieving client relationship targets and KPI's as set by the Head of the department
- Work closely with Account Managers and Sales Consultants.
- Escalating and resolving areas of concerns raised by clients within TAT
- Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
- Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
- Updating the CRM and ensuring account managers are aware of changes within clients.
- Passing leads to the sales team and following up on progress.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities required to successfully perform the job :
1. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
2. Strong client relationships in identified categories.
3. Good with meeting and exceeding targets.
4. Self-motivated, proactive, strong work ethic. Strategic thinker.
5. Time management and financial skills.
Experience required [in years] - 7 to 8 yrs.
Academic Qualification required- MBA in Sales & Marketing.
