Meritto - Senior Consultant/Consultant - Inside Sales (1-4 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities:
- KPIs - Marketing Qualified Leads, Golden Ratios (MQL to Lead Ratio, Demo to MQL Ratio & More)
- Handle qualification calls for new marketing qualified leads - Identify if the prospect's BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, & Timing) are in line with our expectations. It's critical to empathise with the prospect and make sure their goals are aligned with our service.
- Connect and engage with leads generated through website, paid campaigns and other lead generation sources including follow-ups.
- Should poses good ICP (Initial Customer Profiling) skills and probing the leads to convert them to Marketing Qualified Leads and transfer them to the Field Sales.
- Execution of campaign to nurture existing leads to convert them to MQLs and there after SQLs so that they keep moving in the Marketing Funnel.
- Coordinating with Marketing Qualified Leads and help them move seamlessly in the marketing funnel.
- Maintaining the reports of the Marketing funnel.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs
- Adhere to quality standards and processes within defined metric
Required Skills:

- Ability to handle stress and rejection in soliciting clients
Desired Skills:
- Prior experience in sales/business development/voice process will be preferred
- Solution oriented with effective problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Digital, CRM selling/SAAS will be an added advantage
- Graduate/MBA/ B.tech /B.E from a reputed college or university.
- 1-4 years' experience in BD preferably inside sales.
