We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Team Leader- Sales with 2-3 years of experience in the finance or banking sector. The successful candidate will be tasked with establishing and leading their own sales team, while ensuring the achievement of both individual and collective sales targets. This role is best suited for a results-oriented professional with a proven track record in sales, who is eager to assume a leadership position and excel in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies aimed at maximizing sales growth and achieving established targets.

- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve targets.

- Establish and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

- Demonstrate leadership by actively driving sales, closing transactions, and fostering robust client relations.

- Attain individual and team sales objectives, thereby contributing to the company's overall revenue growth.

- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

- Continuously monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and actionable insights to drive improvements.

- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the products and services offered by Merits Capital Market Services Private Limited.

- Manage client portfolios, making informed investment decisions, tracking performance, and adjusting portfolios as required.

Requirements :

- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales within the finance or banking industry.

- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to build, manage, and motivate a sales team.

- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.

- Communication: Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
