Merits Capital - Associate - Business Development (0-2 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a female candidate who is a recent graduate with a degree in Finance or a related field. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities :
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers and company's clients.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the market's potential, track sales, and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent field.
- Possess a good knowledge about unlisted IPO space.
- Have a diverse knowledge of equity and debt instruments available in the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
