Sr Managr / Manager : Sales ( Medical Devices) International Markets
Sales Management :
- 100% sales and business management job in the assigned country/territory.
- Candidate will have to travel to the assigned country/territory for a period of 2-4 weeks/trip & at least 6-8 times in a year.
- Ensures periodic achievement as per business plan -
- Budgeted target revenue, business growth & gain in market share.
- Timely payment collections/receivables
- Timely execution of sales/marketing/clinical/regulatory activities in the assigned territory activities in the assigned territory
- Distribution Management :
- Identify, build, manage and grow an effective network of distributors, sub-distributors & independent sales agents to increase product penetration as per organizational business and growth objectives distributors, sub-distributors & independent sales agents to increase product penetration as per organizational business and growth objectives
- Liaise with BU head / channel partners for efficient inventory management and prompt servicing of products. management and prompt servicing of products.
Business Management :
- Participate in annual budgeting exercise and contribute relevant information pertaining to assigned territory as per planning format JD-ISM-MLSINT-04MAR2022-V.0
- Undertake periodic forecasting for secondary sales, inventory as per prescribed format
- Liaising with hospital purchase/procurement department & hospital stores to ensure optimal levels of inventory at each account by coordinating with channel partners/BU head.
- To build and maintain a formal business relationship with hospital finance department for timely receipt of payments
- Participate in proper transfer pricing discussion with BU head in accordance to market dynamics and company pricing strategy
- To establish correct distribution agreements which includes optimal volumes for purchase, distributor transfer pricing in accordance with organizational objectives
- Assist in clinical and marketing expense budget exercise with BU head
- Take active lead in tendering process in assigned territory.
- At least 4-10 years of sales management experience as a successful front-line sales manager/area manager in pharmaceuticals, medical device industries.
- Additional experience in international sales would be a plus but not mandatory
