About the role:
We're on the lookout for a talented and dynamic Branch Head to lead our Bengaluru Business Center. If you're passionate about tech training and have experience in both B2C and B2B segments, this role is perfect for you. As our Branch Head, you'll be responsible for driving sales, managing teams, ensuring profitability, and maintaining operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for marketing and concept sales in B2C as well as B2B segment.
- Will be responsible for Managing Teams of different verticals like marketing, sales, administration as well as technical team.
- Will be accountable to run the center as profit center.
- Will be accountable for complete operations.
- Should be able to generate revenue through college, corporates and universities for training business.
- Will be accountable for centre target and deadlines.
- Role demands a leader who can mentor and guide the team to reach the goals.
