Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in digital marketing, brand building, web development, graphic design, startup setup, and business consultation. The ideal candidate should possess excellent conceptual and product sales knowledge, along with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.


Responsibilities:


1. Client Acquisition: Identify and sign up new clients for comprehensive digital marketing, brand building, web development, graphic design, startup setup, and business consultation services.

2. Database Management: Accountable for collecting and maintaining a database of potential client companies for targeted outreach.

3. Sales Skills: Demonstrate a good command over English and local languages, coupled with strong convincing skills to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.

4. Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, adhering to a professional dress code.

5. Transportation: Possess a two-wheeler driving license and a bike, as they are minimum requirements for the job.

6. Target Achievement: Be capable of meeting revenue targets on a monthly basis, ensuring consistent growth in sales.

7. Client Satisfaction: Exceed client expectations by providing exceptional service and addressing their needs promptly and effectively.

8. Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely reports on the sales process, client interactions, and other relevant activities.

Key Result Areas (KRA):

1. Revenue Generation: Achieve and surpass monthly revenue targets through successful client acquisitions.

2. Client Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional services and exceeding their expectations.

3. Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets within specified deadlines.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in business development, with a focus on digital marketing, web development, Ed Tech,

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- Two-wheeler driving license and own bike will be plus

- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.

- Ability to maintain detailed reports and documentation.

- Knowledge of the concepts and products in digital marketing, brand building, web development, graphic design, startup setup, and business consultation.
