- Responsible to sell certifications like CISSP, AWS, Microsoft, PMP, ITIL etc
- Achieving monthly sales targets leading to revenue generation.
- Contact prospective customers by both telephone and email Good communication, negotiation, convincing and client servicing skills.
- Make outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule high quality leads for sales
- Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner if necessary
- Well versed in objection handling and managing different situations during the call.
- Willingness to be measured by weekly and monthly metrics.
- Achieving the targets in a high pressure performance driven competitive environment.
- Monitoring self-performance at all times while also contributing to the team performance, keeping track of factors like conversion factor, Average revenue generated per lead, Average revenue per sale, etc

For Example : If your salary is INR 20,000, bare minimum target will be INR 2,00,000 (10x of your salary). If you achieve, INR 1,00,000 above the min target, 5% will be your incentive i.e INR 5000
