Merchant Relation Manager - eCommerce (3-8 yrs)

Job Description:
- Develop long term mutual and effective relationships with merchant network
- Expand through new acquisition of merchants in the given market.
- Maintain excellent business relationship with the network of affiliated outlets in the market
- Ensure good user experience, using various customer Relationship mechanism tools.
- Front - end negotiations with large merchants- base.
- Enhance brand visibility for the Organization.
- Creating additional revenue stream through Advt. inserts & Social Media campaign in voucher business.
- Ensure adherence to Organization's Best Practices in merchant relations
- Executing negotiation process and close it as per set guidelines
- Verify all documentation received from Merchant (including Merchant Agreement).
- Add value to the business of the existing partners and maximize revenue generation from them
- Collate, maintain and manage data and analyse the reports generated for the various partners
- Conduct regular meetings with partners and monitor their performances.
- Visit merchants on a timely basis and resolve their queries
- Work closely with various departments within the company
Desired Profile:
- Experience in payments industry, advertising (eg. Yellow Pages) will be an added advantage.
- Good negotiation skills and ability to close deals fast.
- Possess working knowledge of the merchant acquiring in card as well as voucher business
- Good command in English and Local language.
- Good understanding of the territory / geography
- Team Management Skills
- Interpersonal and good relationship management skill
- Result Oriented.
- Good grasp of Excel will be an advantage.
