Merchandising Specialist with Planogram Exp In International Market
- Work in conjunction with the MDC US team to Support the Category Management and National Retail Sales department in executing Merchandise Planning function to produce Best-in-Class planograms for our retail and wholesale partners.
- Develop and analyze merchandise assortments that deliver overall category growth through a combination of internal merchandising tools coupled with retailer specified guidelines.
- Analyze retail and market level data to develop planogram schematics utilizing JDA Space Planning software platform.
- Create relevant product assortments and optimal space planning that drive sales across the business.
- Assist with administrative responsibilities prior to retail project sets such as data cleansing, planogram management, planogram retrieval, reviewing retail and category management guidelines, etc.
- Structured space planning software and company overview training program provide basic industry and specific role knowledge prior to executing live merchandising planograms.
- Certified Category Management web-based training available to assist with industry, analytical and category management skills.
- Learn CPG industry-specific sales processes and merchandise strategies through collaborative projects.
- Visibility to syndicated panel sales data that is utilized to create reports and analyze shelf set item placement.
