Job Description :
1. Responsible for entire Merchandising Business of Avene.
2. Making strategies and ensuring execution at BA counters.
3. Expanding merchandising business by opening new counters with leading chain of cosmetics.
4. Recruiting, Training and coaching of BA supervisors and BAs.
5. Daily monitoring of pan India sales and corrective measures to achieve the objectives by follow-up.
6. Strengthening Distribution network for Inventory management at BA counters
7. Responsible for e-commerce follow-up and billing
