Merchandising Manager (1-4 yrs)
Key Activities :
Assortment Productivity - Store level assortment, Brand pricing, Brick level analysis, shop drop analysis. Support with efficacy reports, provide competitive input (offline, online). Plano making and audit
Sales Plan - Make store-wise sales plan, bring in regional flavours
Understand Customer - Visit stores, Review POG implementation, check for BTL effectiveness
Communication Plan - VM Plan, highlight promotions, new SKU introduction plan
Training & Development - Ensure timely implementation of training calendar (coordinate between vendor and Digital training team)
Store Productivity - Implement and manage store activities to support business objective
Review - WBR / QBR preparatory work
Promotions Planning - Promo analysis, customized promotions as per catchment
