Job Title : Business Development Manager
Position Overview :
- This position is an important position for Merce Technologies. The key responsibility of the Business Development Manager is to achieve business growth for Merce Technologies by developing new clients for the company's services. The Business Development Manager will directly report to the Sales Director.
Job Responsibilities :
- Lead/Inquiry Generation through cold calling and servicing them.
- Handling new inquiries received by the company through references & other sources
- Understanding clearly the requirements of the clients and taking the right inquiries further
- Along with the Merce team, articulating the scope of the project and pitching the right solutions
- Participating in Negotiation and closure deals.
- Building relationships with key decision makers & influencers
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Achieving business goals set by the directors.
Skills & Competencies :
- Good understanding of Software products/technologies/solutions
- Good Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills.
- Selling & Negotiation Skills.
- Tact and Diplomacy.
- A good grasp on numbers and the ability to write documents in a professional style.
- Excellent client facing skills.
- Ability to handle high pressure situations and workloads.
- A proactive nature.
- Proven track record of selling medium to large software services contracts in India
Candidate Profile :
Education : Graduation in any discipline, preferably marketing
Experience : 5-10 years of sales experience.
Place of Work : Millennium Business Park, Mahape, Navi Mumbai.
Compensation : 5.00 - 7.20 LPA
