We are looking for someone entrepreneurial who is motivated to help us develop and build our business development function.

- The Business Development Manager (Intern) will report to the executive team and can be based remotely from the Pune Office.

- This person will join a very fast-paced start-up environment an exciting disruptor in the legal services industry. This role has the critical responsibility of ensuring that our advocate, business advisor, company secretary and Chartered Accountant network span every geographic area. They will further develop our professional services network and accelerate the growth of our legal professionals supply network.

Responsibilities :

- Overall responsibility for the quantity and quality (meeting criteria set by management) of our professional services supplier network

- Identify and execute initiatives to grow the number of lawyers / advocates, business advisors and Chartered Accountants in the region of responsibility. These initiatives can include partnerships or sales activities

- On-board and educate high value lawyers / advocates at their offices, events, webinars or by engaging with them directly over the phone and email

Daily activities include :

- Compiling a list of contacts with their details, email and phone outreach to these prospective advocates and business advisors, planning the messaging and designing promotional campaigns to attract suppliers to the network

- Work with management team to identify strategies to grow the market and set priorities to execute on opportunities and develop effective channels to acquire lawyers / advocates, business advisors and Chartered Accountants

- Success will be measured in the increased number of lawyers / advocates, business advisors, CAs and company secretaries and in the successful implementation of these acquisition activities.
