Position Overview :

The Business Manager is the first point of contact for all business prospects who contact TheCollegeFever through various channels and is responsible for generating sales opportunities for new business. The Business Manager will engage with a high volume of prospects via chat, phone and e-mail for sales, qualify leads and help build the channel for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Making effective sales pitch.

- Generating leads.

- Assessing Customer behavior via Market Research.

- Relationship building.

- Campus Networking.

- Follow up on sales/product inquires over chat, phone and e-mail.

- Capture, update and maintain detailed and accurate information of Database.

Desired Skills & Experience :

- Experience in the field of Marketing and Sales will be preferred.


- Bachelors/Masters Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any Graduate able to pitch for sales.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Creative and Innovative thinker.

- Basic knowledge in MS-Office.

- 2 years experience in a Sales development/ Business development role

- Aptitude for customer facing role.

- Salary and Incentives

- Salary as per industry standards.

- Additionally ESOP can be given based on performance.
