Business Development Executive
Responsibilities :
- Counsel the students and guide them with the right career options.
- Convert the Walk-ins into admissions for the education courses we provide.
- Handling outbound calls/Inbound calls to explain about the products/courses.
- Ensure to meet the sales/ revenue targets set for the branch.
- Making calls to the cold leads on a regular basis.
Requirements :
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Matrix.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets.
