The Role:
We- re looking for individuals looking to build a career out of delighting and managing counsellors and converting them into brand ambassadors. Extreme detail orientation, time management and rocking communication skills are a must have for this role. It involves ensuring that any counsellor that invests in our training programme at Mentoria gets the full benefit of our services.
Responsibilities:
1. Sending all the training material to the counsellors on time.
2. Coordinating development calls and briefing calls.
3. Taking care of all the formalities post certification to ensure a holistic experience for the counsellors.
4. Undertaking the evaluation processes.
5. Coordinating with the team to get invoices.
What do you need to apply for this role?
1. 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in operations and customer service.
2. Great communication skills and the ability to solve problems.
3. Ability to calmly manage stressful situations and come up with solutions.
4. Good coordination skills and great time management.
5. Proficiency with excel sheets/google documents.
6. Eye for detail and to have an entrepreneurial mindset. What does that mean ?
You- re ambitious and driven. You don- t cry over spilt milk, and have the risk appetite to come up with executive experiments/solutions. You don- t need to be constantly told what to do.
