Center Head- Career Discovery Center

- In the last 7 years, Mentoria has supported over 3.5 Lacs users, 180+ Corporates, 120+ Schools, 15+ NGOs AND certified over 1000 Career Coaches.

- Mentoria is going to be setting up 100 Career Discovery Centers in the next 2 years. For its first flagship Center, we seek to hire Center Head.

Position Overview:

The Center Manager for Mentoria's Career Discovery Center will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Mentoria as he/she will be leading the first CDC.

The person will be responsible for the overall management, Revenue & Profitability of the center, overseeing its day-to-day sales and operations and driving strategic initiatives to enhance its impact and reach.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead dedicated team to deliver exceptional service and support to center visitors.

2. Take ownership of the center's P&L working to achieve and exceed revenue targets while effectively managing expenses.

3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop a comprehensive program portfolio that meets the diverse needs of our community.

4. Oversee the planning, execution and evaluation of center programs and events, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Schools, Colleges and other educational institutions, organizations, NGOs and government agencies.

6. Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaboration to expand the center's reach and impact.

7. Act as a spokesperson for the center, representing Mentoria at external events and forums.

Experience & Competencies:

- 8-15 years in sales / marketing

- Experience in managing P&L is must

- Target orientation and hunger in the belly to optimize the asset (center)

- Great communication skills

- Team Management

- Administrative skills - Center Head
