The ideal candidate will be creating value-driven content in all stages of community-based marketing (CBM) through social media channels and communities. They will be confident in building new content strategies and executing the same for engaging Gen Z communities. They will be managing the social media content creation for the 40K LinkedIn followers (including the founders' profiles) and 15K WhatsApp and Telegram based communities. They should have evidence of strong strategic content management and possess persuasive writing skills.

Responsibilities :
Selected applicants' day-to-day responsibilities include :
- Brainstorm new ideas for creating content calendar for different social media efforts. Understand the varied social media platform algorithms for LinkedIn, Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram etc.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams for high-level community-based marketing efforts for our 15 lacs+ community of 18-24-year-old college students.
- Strategize creative outputs regularly to increase reach and engagement within the communities and social media platforms.
- Driving accurate performance analysis, reporting on campaign performance, and continuously optimizing the funnel and creatives based on performance metrics.
- Create viral short-form video scripts for reels and shorts.
- Create ad scripts and copies for paid social media campaigns.
- Come up with regular value-driven content for engaging WhatsApp and Telegram communities.
- Owning end-to-end campaign strategy and execution of community-based marketing campaigns.
- Developing engaging, and creative content in line with short and long-form outputs.
- Conceptualizing campaign ideas for various products
- Supporting content requirements for brand or product marketing campaigns
- Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop content briefs
What You'll Need :
- 1-2 years of experience running influencer marketing campaigns at scale
- Grasp over social media and community platform analytics and ability to refine existing strategies and create new ones based on data.
- Good to have grasp over design tools like Canva or Illustrator for creating creative outputs.
- Content management abilities to create effective content calendars.
- Performance marketing mindset to turn CBM into a significant engine of growth
- The will and ability to dive into funnel metrics and continuously improve the inputs based on performance metrics
- A creative mindset to develop innovative campaign ideas to produce viral social media content
Qualifications :
- Relevant bachelor's degree in marketing, Content, Journalism, Mass Media, English, or any other relevant stream.
- Creative individual
- Strong writing skills
- Good knowledge of relevant Technology & Tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Updated with social media algorithms for different platforms
- Understanding of well-performing formats as per the platform needs.
- Strong grasp of English.
