We're on the hunt for an energetic Customer Success Expert to be part of our growing family. This unique role combines operations and renewal tasks, ideal for someone who excels in customer interactions and aims to deliver memorable experiences.

Location : Chennai, India (In-office)

Work Hours : Night Shift, 10 PM to 7 AM IST

As we continue to grow, your role in driving our customer success will be crucial- ensuring both parents and students are not just satisfied but delighted with their learning experiences.

Who You Are :

- You have 1-2 years of experience in customer success or client engagement, ideally within an EdTech platform.

- Proficient in managing customer renewals and retention, ensuring a superior customer experience.

- Skilled in utilizing performance metrics to guide your strategies and improve customer retention rates.

- Excellent communication skills paired with a deep passion for education and a desire to make a significant impact.

- An entrepreneurial mindset, always eager to learn and drive value for both customers and the company.

Your Role :

- Serve as the primary point of contact for our users, offering comprehensive support and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

- Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and securing a smooth renewal process.

- Work collaboratively with various internal teams to optimize service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Innovate and implement strategies that improve engagement and satisfaction among students and parents.

Note : This is an end to end customer support role and anything and everything related to their experience, grievances and feedback shall be maintained by you. Retention and decrease in churn rate shall be a major chunk in KPI.
