Memorytrix - Executive - Telecalling/Telesales (1-3 yrs)
This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high performance environment that emphasises on spreading our live learning courses across India. (Work from home)

Job Responsibilities :
- Regularly follow up with leads through Tele-calling
- Align students for demo classes and course counselling
- Maintain follow-ups with prospective students & parents and convert leads to sales
- Achieving sales targets as per timelines set
- Ensure that sales reports are completed on time and accurately meet targets
- Ensuring all queries are resolved within the given TAT
- Driving referrals for demand
Skills/Abilities :
1. Any graduate/post-graduate
2. 1 - 3 years of experience within a B2C sales / telesales/ tele-calling role in the Education industry.
3. Candidate should have strong English communication skills and be an exceptional communicator/influencer.
4. Candidate must be a go-getter, with a positive attitude and must have the ability to think out of the box
Tech requisites :
- Comfortable with technology and digital content (google forms, sheets, ppt, zoom, WhatsApp web)
- Good Laptop/Desktop, High speed Internet, phone (Mandatory)
- Working days: 6 days (Tuesday - Sunday)
Basic Salary : Rs 10,000 - Rs 13,000 per month (plus performance based incentives)
