Job Description: Sales Executive / Membership Consultant
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive / Membership Consultant to join our team. This role primarily focuses on generating sales and increasing memberships for our organization. Key Responsibilities:
Driven and good communication is a must. Job is to make outbound calls , cold calls, customer service, handle walk ins at the gym, work on the CRM to enter data, billing and payment.
Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Membership Sales : Promote and sell memberships to prospective clients through effective communication and persuasion techniques.
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead Generation : Utilize various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals to generate leads and expand the customer base.
Consultative Selling : Understand clients' needs and preferences to recommend suitable membership packages and services that align with their requirements.
Product Knowledge : Stay updated on the features, benefits, and pricing of our products and services to effectively pitch them to clients.
Sales Presentations : Conduct compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our memberships and convert prospects into customers.
Follow-Up : Implement a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads, address inquiries, and close sales deals in a timely manner.
Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and sales conversions, and provide regular reports to management.
Collaboration : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and promotional campaigns to support sales objectives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
