Member Care Representative - Educational Product/Service Sales (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for ensuring members expectations are met or exceeded through effective communication of information, timely order processing, and prompt resolution of member issues.
2. Responds to inbound calls and emails in a fast-paced environment where service excellence is top priority. Must process information and make judgments while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
3. Responsible for providing quality service and willingness to work in a team environment to accomplish goals.
4. Respond to general inquiries regarding the membership, products, and services via telephone or email. Research and resolve any other membership inquiries as requested.
5. Role is mainly target driven from consultative selling of educational products and services. The rep will be required to make 90 plus outbound calls during the day and will have daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly targets. Leads will be provided and we have a cloud calling software and CRM to manage leads and they will have to be savvy with excel and outlook
6. Skills Required : Sales experience, handling inbound and outbound calls
