MElchemy - Executive - International Sales/Business Development - Chemical Segment (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Generate new business opportunities for Elchemy's products & services for global markets, including, but not limited to, the US, AMEA etc.
- Generate high-quality leads through cold-calling, cold emailing, attending physical & virtual conferences, social media outreach etc.
- Set ambitious revenue targets, work with cross-functional teams to over-deliver
- Negotiate long-term contracts with (& act as an advisor to) key accounts
- Develop proposals & presentations for new business opportunities/deals
- Manage existing customers to explore upsell opportunities
Skills and Qualifications :
- 2-5 years' experience in sales/business development in a chemical distribution or manufacturing company
- Should have an excellent verbal communication & presentation skills
- Should have been in customer facing roles with high visibility in past
- Should have ability to engage with C-level executives & decision-makers
- Should have an excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
- An educational background in international business or an MBA is preferred
- Should have an ability to work in high-energy, fast-paced cross-functional teams
- Should have an entrepreneurial bent of mind, strong business acumen, good network, can commit & take ownership; should have high EQ
