Qualifications:

EDUCATION: BBA/B.COM/BBM/MBA(PREFFERED)

EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years.

COMMUNICATION: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS: Efficient multitasking and workload prioritization.

Skills Required:

MIS, Relationship management, Negotiation skills, marketing skills, Professional equities

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Find new business opportunities and customers. Develop relationships with existing customers and keep in touch with them.

2. Reaching out to potential clients via a calling process or direct contract and acquiring their information to scale up our product.

3. Identifying prospective customers and educating them about the benefits of using our application/portal and helping them onboarding process.

4. Ensuring the quality of calls comply with standards which are required.

5. Liaising with various internal stakeholders and team including sales, data management, operations to ensure effective customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members also gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

6. Should be okay for travelling (10-15 days in a month)

7. Prepare sales contracts and keep track of sales activities. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

8. Conduct market research to identify upcoming hotel projects across India.

9. Hospitality field is much preferred.
