Job Description :
- Building and executing demand plans for performance marketing over social channels (Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc.) in alignment with the Operating Plan.
- Identifying new, scalable products and innovations in the existing social channels.
- Identifying new, scalable social channels of acquisition for existing target groups.
- Managing a team of marketing associates for regular ad operations as well as new strategic projects.
- Cross-functional collaboration with product and creative teams to execute projects.
Must-have :
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, especially on Facebook.
- 1+ years of experience in Mobile Marketing.
- Experience of handling mobile marketing budget for an App with more than 1 million downloads per month.
- Data-driven, structured problem solver, with excellent communication skills.
- Graduate degree for premier institutes.
Good-to-have :
- Experience of scaling a mobile App from scratch to 10 million downloads and having solved problems associated with different stages of growth.
- Experience with brand marketing, especially for women-first brands.
