About the Role

- Assist employers with analysing, advertising campaigns and monitoring brand quality

- Oversee, implement and manage weekly and seasonal editorial calendar ensuring issue content is on brand, balanced and in keeping with broader seasonal message and objectives.

- Monitor the reactions of customers and retail outlets to new products and brand initiatives

- Leverage internal creative team and agencies to build breakthrough creative to drive category adoption and growth.

- Build, track, and monitor category-specific marketing performance, manage campaigns track to specific forecast and budget.

- Managing the marketing distribution through proper inventory channels and relationships.

- Providing event support and customer service.

- Investigating the implementation of the joint marketing initiatives into the marketing plan.

- Assisting with all the social media activities Lead Fashion events - identify and build properties and events that benefit the Meesho Fashion brand and business, develop marketing and business objectives for the events, build the marketing strategy, drive the events to completion by partnering with stakeholders.

What we look for

- Graduate from a Tier-1 College

- 3+ yrs of work experience

- Startup Cultural Fit: willingness to learn, to innovate, to take initiative, to think beyond conventional dogma, ability to work in a flat organisation 


- Should be good at multitasking, critical thinking, and comfortable with tactical execution

- Proven track record of finding innovative solutions to business problems
