We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Support Voice representatives. As a fresher, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent service, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities :

- Handle outbound customer calls.

- Address customer queries.

- Provide accurate information about our products and services.

- Maintain a positive, empathetic attitude toward customers.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

- Fresh and experienced both are welcome.

- English is required.

- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
