Meena Bazaar - Retail Merchandiser (6-15 yrs)
- Planning and developing merchandising strategies/plans to support sales and enhance fashion relevance on the shelves.
- Product allocation to stores/digital channels to meet departmental sales and stock targets.
- Input introductory and minimum build quantities for replenishments (working within the department stock targets).
- Monitoring stock position and maintaining stock norm through the weekly reports.
- Create reports on sales, budgets, customer satisfaction and adjust the strategies accordingly.
- Maximizing sales and sell-through across channels.
- Reviewing the size-wise availability of the product and take required actions.

- Analysing sales ratios against buying and actual intake ratios to optimize ratio availability; share feedback on sales ratio to influence future orders.
- Stocking sales floor shelves and creating attractive product displays.
- Determining the need for and implementing product promotions, price changes, mark downs, clear outs, etc.
- Leverage new systems and processes to optimize business.
- Sharing and implementing best practices in terms of allocation and providing support as required.
- Attend events, fairs and exhibitions to remain up to date with the market's trends.
