Job Description :
- As the Regional Business Manager, you have to drive business of our E-Learning and live/virtual class offerings in the assigned region in India, and supervise the activities of team to ensure that all the Sales and Business Development Plans of company are implemented. You have a proven sales record pharma, medical or healthcare industry and are comfortable with leading direct sales and evangelizing our product offering to medical professionals across different specializations.
Key Result Areas / Accountability :
- To achieve assigned region business objective/Target individually and through team.
- To monitor the secondary Sales at every month.
- To monitor the Customers (Doctors) Coverage by the Marketing Executives with the required call average, help them as coach and leader.
- To do fieldwork in the entire region to identify new markets and opportunities.
- Assess client's needs.
- Make a strategy for Business Development within functional area Create new customer contact and manage them Member Engagement / CME
Experience : 7-8 years at least or 2 year as a Regional Manager with Reputed Pharma Company.
Educational Qualifications : B. Pharma/ B.sc graduate with MBA or PGDBA (Marketing/ Sales / Business Development / Pharma) from reputed institute, Full Time course.
