Medvarsity - AGM - Inside Sales (14-18 yrs)
As the AGM Inside Sales, you have to drive revenue of our e-learning and live/virtual class offerings across all major metros in India. You have a proven sales record in Ed-tech/Inside Sales and should be comfortable working under pressure and can chase sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the plan and strategies for expanding sales in your designated markets and collaborate with other sales leaders to meet the overall company goals.
- Own revenue, market share and P&L goals with focus on sales efficiency, reduced cost of acquisitions and collections.
- Manage multi-location teams and improve sales operations through training, job rotation and recruitment
- Manage online lead generation process through partners and drive increased conversion ratios
- Must have experience in handling Inside Sales Team, min Direct Reportee must be 100+
- Must have worked chasing daily Tele sales Target
Requirements :
Experience :
- Proven enterprise sales record with consistent delivery against commitments
- Experience in Inside Sales with proven track record in Edtech is preferred
- Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred
- 14+ years of progressive Inside sales experience with previous/current target of in crores.
- Proven experience in identifying, recruiting and managing high performance teams
- Ability to work in high ambiguity situations and monthly target closures
- Travel required for this job
