MedTel - Executive - Sales (1-3 yrs)
We are looking for candidate from Bangalore who are well connected with Doctors/ Hospitals and from the healthcare industry, strong selling experience on "Pregnancy Solutions"
Objectives of this Role:
- Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
- Selling the pregnancy solutions to the Hospitals, Obstetrics & Gynaecology specialists and Corporate.
- Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them.
- Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and projecting future performance.
- Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base.
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.
- Track, analyse, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships.
- Manage month end and yearend close processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration from reputed institutions.
- Candidate should have strong selling experience on - Pregnancy Solutions- .
- 1- 3 years in sales management within a corporate setting (Preferably from Healthcare Domain B2B Healthcare IT Sales, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals etc.)
- Excellent Network with major Hospitals, Polyclinics & Doctors (Obstetrics & Gynaecology Space)
- Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Superb leadership ability.
- Ability to travel.
- Motivational speaking experience.
