MedTel - Area Sales Manager (1-3 yrs)
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the business development cycle (- Lead generation, Calling the leads, Set up meeting, Product demo & discuss details, Handle FAQ, Discuss commercial, Close deal, Handle after sales service), in health care, Doctor Interaction, at home care, selling to Hospital, Clinics - To pregnancy & baby on the way care clinics. They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong multi-tasking skills.
We work in the health-tech space, developing and selling world class health monitoring products & SaaS based digital services. The candidate should be able to get in touch with prospective clients and explain our services.
Responsibilities :
- Generate Leads through own resources, FB, LinkedIn and Email Marketing and other channels.
- Be responsible for business growth and partnership agreements.
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients & Collaborate with companies.
- Manage sales pipeline.
- Track metrics to ensure revenue & new clients targets are achieved.
- Healthcare services' reach and user engagement (i.e., third-party distribution channels, co-marketing agreements and strategic partnerships).
Qualifications :
- Story Creation skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience (1-4 years) in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Experience in scaling partner ecosystems.
- CRM handling skills.
- Good network with (doctors / hospitals /paramedics, retailers / distributors)
