Medly Pharmacy - Associate - Customer Success (1-3 yrs)

About the Role :
- The Customer Success Associate is a great opportunity for recent college grads interested in the healthcare industry, and specifically, the 340B space.
- Associate's will support Tango's customers by ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction, enforcing compliance, and mitigating attrition. The Associate will support internal (product, sales, implementation, compliance) and external customer issues and concerns, and will help strengthen the relationship between TangoRx and the customer.
Responsibilities :
Production Data :
- Ensure data exists and processes each day in Tango
- Review, address and reprocess errored claims daily
- Send specific reports to pharmacy weekly
- Upload formulary and price files quarterly
- Log Sales Force cases to address data issues and discrepancies
- Follow up and escalate any cases that need resolution
- Run requested customer reports specific to claims data in Tango
Inventory :
- Place orders through Tango or Wholesaler sites
- Upload invoices manually
- Follow up with any inventory discrepancies
Invoices/Finance :
- Generate bi-monthly statements in Tango
- Email Contract Pharmacies invoices
Compliance :
- Complete incident reports for potential compliance breaches
- Partner with Tango's Compliance Manager and act on feedback regarding claims and inventory data
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree
- Strong organization skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail, verbal communication and business writing skills
- Independent, organized, self starter, with a sense of urgency to complete tasks, and can manage time wisely in an ever evolving industry
- Customer service oriented and excels in a collaborative, startup environment
- Travel nationally up to 60% of the time
Nice to Have :
- 1-3 years of professional experience preferred, ideally in a healthcare or SaaS setting
- Has managed enterprise projects and comfortable with interacting with external stakeholders including C-suite leadership, 340B administrators, project managers, and/or pharmacists
- Technically savvy with an understanding of Google Suite, SalesForce, Slack, Click Up, Trip Actions, WorkDay and more
