Responsibilities and Duties
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound/ outbound leads - calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Make presentations and pitches to customers
- Pitch the product to the leads for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets
- Research new markets and target segments
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned project
- Always be Customer-centric in approach
- Be proactive and put the clients need at the forefront of everything you do
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience.
- Identify, develop & manage strategic opportunities to grow the business in sales.
- Participate in marketing activities to increase brand awareness and gain new clients.
- Day to Day tracking of lead generation activities.
- Establish rapport, identify needs, make appropriate recommendations and close the sale via customer meetings, telephone, and web.
- Negotiating and finalizing contracts with clients over phone, email, and in person.
- Maintaining healthy working relationships with existing customers.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines, Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Strong leadership skills, business acumen and proven ability to deliver world-class results.
- Candidate should have at least relevant experience including a combination of sales, business development, and partnership development experience.
- High energy levels, confidence, drive and resilience working in a fast paced environment.
- Possess strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Should possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
