Product specialists work with a team to ensure excellent product delivery. They have a wealth of knowledge about a product or range, and also analyze market trends, develop sales, price and profitability strategies, recommend improvements, identify opportunities, and increase revenue.

Trainee -Healthcare Product Specialist Duties and Responsibilities :

- Continuously expand knowledge of Healthcare product line

- Answer all queries related to Healthcare Clinical/ Non Clinical/ Technical Area

- Help the referral and digital marketing team to finalize the Healthcare Promotions.

- Coordinate with HODs/ Specialist doctors for product designing.

- Demonstrate product functionality accurately and completely

- Accurately communicate all technical specifications

- Work cooperatively with the rest of the team & Consultants

- Seek self-improvement through mentoring and coaching from experts / Doctors

- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members

- Remain in compliance with company guidelines at all times

Product Specialist Requirements and Qualifications :

- Graduate or Postgraduate preferably in Life Science / Healthcare

- Highly motivated and passionate in Healthcare

- Able to memorize product specifications and demonstrate use accurately

- Able to work cooperatively as part of a team

- Must be reliable and punctual

- Desire to continue to develop skills and knowledge

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude

- Articulate and well-spoken with excellent phone and email etiquette

- Command of the English / Malayalam languages; bilingual is a plus

- Strong work ethic, self-motivated

- Demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: - 18,000.00 - 53,070.00 per month
