Sales Associate Job Description
Job Type: Full Time, Work from Home
Responsibilities:
- New Customer Acquisition
- Lead Generation through various marketing channels
- Coordinating with different teams for sales related work
- Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
- Key account management
- New account development
- Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned accounts
- Experience with Hubspot is a plus
- Participating in events and conferences as per company requirements
Requirements :
- 2+ Year of Inside sales experience
- Excellent English language skills and networking skills
- Understanding of meditation/mindfulness community and background/interests in the mental health and wellness space
- Flexible to travel to client location for meetings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detailed oriented and tech-savvy
- Should be present for team meetings and calls Post 8 PM IST
- Should have a Laptop with excellent wifi connection
