Mediseller - Senior Executive - Sales (2-5 yrs)
About the role :
- The executive will be responsible for reaching out to patients, doctors & healthcare professionals who visit our platform & submit a requirement (no out-bound cold calling activity). The candidate will be responsible for:
- Interacting & developing a strong relationship with the customer by understanding the nature of their requirements
- Maximizing the value delivered to the customer by providing them with best & complete information regarding their products and necessary processes to close the deal
- Working with other team members to identify the opportunities and executing strategies to increase client base of Mediseller
- Maintain the database of all incoming leads, closed clients and refill orders (for assigned category)
Skills required :
- Good communication skills (Spoken & Written English)
- Good understanding & fluency with digital media such as E-mails, MS Excel, MS Word and Google Sheets
- Prior experience of tele-sales, tele-calling, BPO, online sales, customer support or other customer facing roles
- Minimum work experience of 1 year (full time) & 12th passed (qualification)

- Hands on training will be given for a period of 7 days to understand the success metrics of the role & processes
- An official contact number, email ID, office laptop & mobile will be given to the candidate
- Prepaid metro card for travel expenses will be given to the candidate for daily commute (Red Fort Metro Station to the nearest destination metro station)
- Additional incentives based on daily performance & monthly gross sales input (no upper cap on incentives)
- Fixed Salary will be paid on monthly basis ~ INR 15,000 to INR 24,000 (negotiable based on profile)
- Daily refreshments in office during the working hours (10 AM - 7PM, Monday to Saturday)
- Salary Appraisal every 6 months (depending on performance)
