Medikabazaar - Manager - Marketing (4-6 yrs)
Reporting to the Marketing Head, the Marketing Manager will lead the marketing department, including graphic arts, social media, public relations, creative development for the company's brand and education strategies. The Marketing Manager will oversee existing marketing functions, develop and implement effective marketing and communications programs, and continue our ongoing optimization of the customer experience through successful and creative coordination of a multi-channel approach to brand awareness.
Key Responsibility :
- Manage the Marketing, Graphic Design, Advertising, Social Media, Communications and Public Relations.
- Develop the annual marketing strategies (corporate campaigns, advertising, web, social media/public relations, loyalty programs) and the tactics and resources necessary to achieve goals; measure, evaluate, and analyze marketing programs
- Integrate with eCommerce, Product Development, Sales and Strategy teams to develop new and ongoing product launch strategies
- Direct the development of advertising (print, digital, social, TV, radio) and consumer communication programs
- Oversee the development and execution of social media programs
- Evaluate market research to identify emerging trends and growth potential
- Work with IT team to manage the company website & Mobile App.
- Lead strategic development of all corporate marketing collateral and video production
- Partner with sales teams to develop marketing and promotions plans
- Work cross-departmentally to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing programs
- Manage company Events, Exhibitions, professional conferences and seminars.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent. MBA preferred
- At least 3 to 5 years of marketing management experience with some experience working in an eCommerce environment.
- Demonstrated marketing plan development expertise, including project management, and campaign concept development
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing Marketing division's annual budget and strategic plan(s)
- Strong understanding of corporate branding and with Experience in Digital marketing
- Ability to successfully conceive and execute on marketing programs in a high-compliance environment
- Work cross functionally with the eCommerce team
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
- Ability to travel up to 15%
Computer Skills :
- Must be proficient with MS Office and have advanced Excel skills.
