Medigrad - Executive - Digital Marketing (3-6 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of Google AdWords, Meta Ads Manager and other leading Ads platforms.
- Measure and analyse campaign performance to support continuous optimization efforts to generate leads
- Tactical campaign development including keyword discovery, bid strategy execution and budget management.
- Develop forward-thinking, data-driven account analysis and clear recommendations that align with team goals.
- Own cost-per-lead and cost-per-sale optimization focusing on conversion metrics to drive increased campaign ROI.
- Determine and execute testing methodologies, reporting requirements, and modelling requirements, to ensure full impact and efficiency of channel efforts.
- Daily and weekly reporting and communication regarding campaign development, timelines, analysis, and results.
- Develop quarterly and annual strategies designed to maximize leads
Specific Skills:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field, preferably from Education sector.
- 3+ years' experience with PPC and social media marketing
- Familiarity with WordPress
- Expertise in A/B and multivariate testing
- Advanced Knowledge of the Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook, LinkedIn advertising platforms
- Proven experience with paid ad campaigns and promotions on social media
- Strong creative aptitude, including a keen eye for design and copywriting
- Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail
