Medigrad - Executive - Digital Marketing (3-5 yrs)
Requirements:
1. Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
2. Manage and maintain our social media presence
3. Manage day-to-day operations of Google AdWords, Meta Ads Manager and other leading Ads platforms.
4. Measure and analyze campaign performance to support continuous optimization efforts to generate leads
5. Tactical campaign development including keyword discovery, bid strategy execution and budget management.
6. Own cost-per-lead and cost-per-sale optimization focusing on conversion metrics to drive increased campaign ROI
7. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
8. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies to maximize leads
9. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
10. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in any related field
2. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
3. Knowledge of HTML and CSS
4. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC and SMO is mandatory
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
6. Proven experience with paid ad campaigns and promotions on social media
7. Strong creative aptitude, including a keen eye for design and copywriting
