Doctors who complete the courses have opportunities to work with medical professionals, stay updated with research, and advance their careers, ultimately elevating healthcare standards in India.

Work Profile :

1. The key role is to act as a brand ambassador, promoting the short-term (1 Year) courses into medical specialties and closing the leads in form of admissions by enrolling them in multiple programs.

2. The job role includes speaking to the doctors/medical graduates primarily over the phone, answering their queries related to programs which we have, and convincing them to enroll in the course.

3. The candidate would be responsible to make outbound telephonic calls on the leads generated and also receiving the inbound telephonic queries. Keeping a regular follow-up with the interested candidates, sharing all the relevant information whenever required, assuring timely closure.

4. Preparing necessary reports and sharing the same with the management on a daily basis.

5. It is a target-based job and the candidate would be expected to achieve the set monthly target.

Key Requirements :

1. Good communication and convincing skills.

2. Should be a motivated, team player with the right attitude.

3. Prior experience of 3+ years in admissions or educational sales would be preferred.

4. Graduation in any stream.
