2. Implementing digital marketing campaigns like SEO hashtag SEM social media etc.
3. Identify areas for improvement regarding user experience (UX) and conversion rates.
4. Customer Support Respond to customer inquiries and address concerns promptly through various channels like email, live chat, and social media.
5. Manage customer reviews and give feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
6. Generate reports to analyze performance trends and identify areas for improvement.
6.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies in the e-commerce space.
